Qualifications and Skills

• Solid experience in Technical Writing and Editing
• Proficiency in using software tools for documentation
• Knowledge of SRS, Data-flow Diagrams, UML, and Flow Charts
• Ability to create clear and concise Data Design Documents
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for IT products and services
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure accuracy and quality of technical content
• Develop user manuals, system guides, and release notes for software applications
• Update and revise existing technical documents to reflect product changes or enhancements
• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and best practices.
