Key responsibilities

 Must have strong understanding of software engineering practices and

have analytical ability along with quality approach to the UI Design.

 Ability to work independently as well as in teams with members.

 Ability to assist in in-house projects development.

 Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with

product managers and engineers.

 Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and

sitemaps.

 Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and

widgets.

Technical Skill Set

 Both UX designers and UI designers use visual design software, like

Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator, to create the visual

elements of a product.

 Besides proficiency in the tools, knowledge of visual design best

practices for things like typography, color theory, layout, icons, and

general design theory.

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS,

 knowledge of development tools like HTML and CSS.

 experience of using design software like Adobe Creative Suite.

 experience of creating wireframes and prototypes by hand and with

software.

 an understanding of agile project development methods.

Essential Qualification

 Post-Graduation in Engineering in Computer Science /MTECH

Computer Science & Engineering/ Information Technology/BCE/

Information Science/MCA/BTECH-CSE/IT.

Experience

 Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in UI Design.
