Key responsibilities

 Must have strong understanding of software engineering practices and

have analytical ability along with quality approach to the software

design and development.

 Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently as well as in teams with members.

 Ability to assist in in-house projects development

 Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to

provide timely and meaningful feedback.

 Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and

test cases. Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality

testing activities.

Technical Skill Set

 Ability to evaluate technical issues in software

 Skills to effectively communication test outcomes to development

team.

 Writing test plans and other testing skills.

 Working knowledge of test automation tools and manual testing

practices

 Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.

Essential Qualification

 Post-Graduation in Engineering in Computer Science / Science &

Engineering/ Information Technology/BCE/ Information

Science/MCA/ /IT.

Experience

 Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in Software Testing.
