Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Support Engineer (L2 & L3) to join our team at NeXjob.in. As a Network Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving network-related issues for our clients. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India and requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in network support.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in network support
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring
• Experience in network administration and configuration
• Hands-on experience with L2/L3 protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as CCNP or equivalent are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide second and third level technical support for network-related issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve network problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex network issues
• Implement and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network maintenance and upgrades
• Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolution outcomes
• Contribute to the development of network policies and procedures
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in network technologies
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior network support engineers
