Inside Sales Executive/Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Services and IT Consulting. Full-Time position located in Gurgaon. Salary Range: Competitive. Employee Count: 51-200.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales within the IT industry
  • Proven track record in IT sales, software sales, and SaaS sales
  • Strong understanding of IT products and services
  • Excellent cold calling and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and sales within the IT Services and IT Consulting sector
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through proactive communication and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and increase revenue growth
  • Utilize cold calling and other sales techniques to drive IT product and software sales
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position products/services
