We are seeking a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at NeXjob.in, a leading IT services and IT consulting company. As a Freelance Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality soft skills training to our employees. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India and the employment type is full-time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various soft skills development techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with employees from diverse backgrounds and inspire them to improve their soft skills.
• Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Flexible work approach and willingness to travel, if required.
• Certifications in soft skills training or relevant field will be a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive soft skills training programs to enhance the overall personality development of employees.
• Assess the training needs of different departments and customize the training programs accordingly.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on improving their communication, teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions to address specific skill gaps and challenges.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporate them into the training programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs through feedback and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to create comprehensive training materials.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and evaluations.
