A Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial activities of a company, managing financial reporting and analysis, and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth. The role involves managing the accounting and finance teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key skills required for this role include:

1. Accounting Finance: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis. Ability to prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

2. Accounts Executive: Experience in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, reconciling accounts, and handling financial transactions.

3. Finance: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning. Ability to develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Experience: Min. 6 Years (Preferably Experience in preparation of Annual Financial Statements on Ind AS from SAP.

Proposed Renumeration: Rs. 84,000K + Rs. 1,000K(Communication Allowances)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant/Cost & Management Accountants with relevant experience or degree from recognized university or institute & SAS with relevant experience or having passed Intermediate level examination of CA/CMA with 3 Years experience over & above prescribed for qualified CA/CMA/SAS.

In addition to these skills, a Finance Manager should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required for this role, along with several years of relevant work experience. Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA may also be preferred.
