We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at NeXjob.in. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets and providing insights to drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi, Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics)
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data manipulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
• Interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Develop and implement data models, databases, data collection systems, and data analytics
• Create visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data-driven solutions
• Identify data quality issues and work towards data cleansing and improvement
• Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools
