Job Description:
· Technical support to customers over call/email/chat on CCTV Analog Cameras, IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, networking over the internet and troubleshooting for these products.
· Resolving queries over the call or by remote desktop and maintaining daily call reports.
· Knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, Switch, Hub, Router, Subnetting, Routing Protocols, DNS , DHCP, Active Directory, Email server, POP3, SMTP, VPN, FTP, DAS, NAS, SAN etc.
· Knowledge of Operating system like Windows 98, XP, Vista, 7, 2003 Server, 2008 Server, Linux, MAC.
· Experience on CCTV products like Analog Cameras, DVR, NVR, IP cameras, VMS software, Mobile DVR, VDP, Time and Attendance will be an added advantage for the candidate.
· Knowledge of LAN and WAN
· Knowledge on CCTV,ITMS ,VA,VMS.
Responsibilities and Duties
1.Troubleshooting, resolving all technical issues related to our software and the range of products and services it provisions.
2.Interacting with clients via. live chat, web based systems, telephone to resolve their problems and gather feedback.
3. Providing remote support to the clients.
4. Providing demo, presentations, and training to the clients as and when required.
5. Providing Daily & Weekly report
6.Testing & analysis of all products & services.
7.Customer handling skills.
