ROLE DESCRIPTION:	 	 RESPONSIBILITIES:	 	 Operations Associate will assist and coordinate the operations of the department and will be	 responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and	 profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective	 methods and strategies.	 	 ● Responsible for the progression of each student by analyzing data, deducing	 	 insights regarding student performance	 	 ● Building relationships with the students, understanding what they need to	 	 achieve, strategizing and executing plans accordingly.	 	 ● Acting  as the bridge between the students and faculty and co-ordinating with the	 	 ● Should be able to coordinate with different teams and address students'	 	 NS team.	 	 bottlenecks on priority.	 	 KEY SKILLS:	 	 ● 1-3 years quota carrying experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.	 ● Proficiency in Excel. Proficiency in English and Hindi (Spoken & Written).	 ● Willing to make calls and be responsible for communication as and when	 	 necessary. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:● Meet and exceed sales targets.● Should be willing to make calls to cold and warm leads.● Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.● Report and present Inside Sales progress and updates● Manage email and telephonic communication with prospective clients● Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends, and competition.● Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.● Work closely with the Sales and Marketing (Digital) team in planning for campaigns● Ability to gather and use data to inform decision making and persuade others. KEY SKILLS:● Min 1-3 years' quota carrying sales experience.● Sales experience in an ed-tech firm is a must.● Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.● Should have professional proficiency in English and Hindi.● Fluency in any local language will be given preference.● Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.● Strong written and verbal communication skills.● Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in sales.
