Responsibilities

* Head the team based out of the HO and plant location and handle the entire spectrum of day to day financial and accounting operations of parent and other group companies.

* Ensure timely completion with respect to statutory items like Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closure of books, Statutory and Tax Audit, Income Tax Return, GST Returns, TDs Return, Cost Audit etc. 

* This include effective coordination with the Statutory and Tax auditors, income tax consultant, GST consultant, Company Secretary, Legal counsel, Labour law consultants and attend hearing with the respective statutory authorities, wherever necessary.

* Ability to Forecast ,Budget, Plan and effectively control numbers. Ensure that the CMA and other data required by the bank are provided on time along with monthly reporting and deal with them on a regular basis. Ability to work on Project reports for expansion or diversification , whenever necessary.

* Design and develop a foolproof Costing and Control Systems for the plants with emphasis on Product, Process and Standard Costing.

* Provide MIS on regular interval to the management and give constructive inputs with regard to the performance of the company.

* Monitor and analyze accounting data

* Set up and monitor accounting KPIs

* Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles

* Encourage other employees to adhere to standards

* Recruit, hire and train new employees Meet financial accounting objectives

* Prepare and present KPIs to stakeholders Monitoring all insurances like property, automotive, life etc.

* Salaries with PF, ESI etc.

* Monitoring Coordination with SAP service provider
