- Coordination with transporters for negotiation of freight and material liftment
- Generation of Performa invoices in SAP
- Timely dispatch of samples to customers and maintaining sample tracking sheet
- Invoicing for export samples in SAP
- Invoicing for exports and domestic commercial supplies
- Preparing export documentation such as commercial invoice, tax invoice, packing list, etc.
- Checking of invoices, AP Invoicing ( Purchase Entry) in SAP and processing payments
- Credit Note issue to Customers
- Debit Note issue to Transporters
- Daily preparation and reporting of sales analysis, customer outstanding and inventory reports
- Preparation of customer/vendor account reconciliation
