Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in corporate accounting
Excellent knowledge and experience working with SAP B-1
Knowledge of basic and advance functions on MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is a must
Good time management skills
Attention to detail
Previous Experience in Import/Export will be given strong preference
Previous experience in manufacturing companies shall be given preference
Preparing MIS Banking and discussing cash flow requirement with accounts manager
Updating job work sheet with incoming payment date
Responsible for processing all payments (supplier/vendor, customer, TDS/TCS, salary) and sharing payment advice
Entering outgoing and incoming payments in SAP, payment control sheet, and generating vouchers
Creating BP Master
Inputing of debit note/credit note
Emailing customers regarding payment advice, short payment, and CN/DN
Acting as single point of contact for solving issues related to customers
Undertaking customer ledger reconciliation
Updating sale bill discounting sheet and inputing accounting entry in SAP
Checking expense claim and inputing in SAP
Preparing daily SAP and physical inventory reco excel
Preparing weekly on-account payment report
Preparing monthly bank drawing power report
Preparing monthly unsecured loan report
Preparing quarterly late payment report for HUL and P&G
