Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India for a Visa Counsellor position at New Image Immigration. The Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and assistance to clients seeking to obtain visas for work, study, or residency purposes. The Visa Counsellor will also be responsible for managing client relationships and communicating with government agencies and embassies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as immigration law, international relations, or other related fields
• 2+ years of experience working in the immigration field, specifically with visa applications and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to interact with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Familiarity with immigration laws and regulations of various countries
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Fluent in English and other languages, if possible, that may be beneficial to our client.
