Job Overview

We are seeking a talented IT Analyst to join our team at New Era Technology. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong technical support and IT helpdesk skills. Good communication skills are essential as you will be providing support over voice channels. This role is suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience. The employment type for this position is Full-Time, and the selected candidate will be required to work in night shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate in BCA, BTech and BSc (Computer Science)
• Strong technical support and IT helpdesk skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in night shifts
• Voice process or technical voice support role

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for clients
• Answer and respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Ensure security and privacy of data and IT systems
• Collaborate with others in the IT team to identify and implement process improvements
• Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
