Job Overview

NewAge Fire Protection Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a full-time, mid-level position located in Khopoli, Pune, Raigarh, or Navi Mumbai. This role requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience in human resources. The HR Specialist will be responsible for recruitment, talent pipelining, and employer branding, and will support various HR functions to ensure a productive and engaging work environment.

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill) - Proven ability to source, attract, and hire high-caliber candidates efficiently and effectively.
  • Talent pipelining (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Employer branding (Mandatory skill) - Ability to enhance the company's overall employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  • Sourcing - Skilled in utilizing various channels and methods to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  • Interviewing - Proficient in conducting various types of interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit.
  • Candidate assessment - Strong judgment and analytical skills for evaluating applicants' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiation - Experience in negotiating job offers and other employment terms to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Onboarding - Capable of creating and administering effective onboarding processes to help new employees integrate successfully.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for critical positions.
  • Implement and promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s attractiveness to potential employees.
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit for the role and company culture.
  • Administer candidate assessments and evaluations, ensuring a fair and objective selection process.
  • Handle job offer negotiations, ensuring that terms are both competitive and align with company policies.
  • Facilitate a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring new hires are well-integrated into the company and their roles.
