Exp : Min 10 Yrs

Responsibilities:

Responsible for smooth functioning of Depts. Reporting to him, In most efficient & Economical way.

Responsible for improvement in all KPI decided by Management & ensure Accuracy while reporting & Showing in MRM

Verify production all plans & report & focus on losses. Make summary of production losses at the end of every month & focus on major losses & try to eliminate the same.

Verify daily rejection data & focus on major rejection. Ensure CAPA/ SCAP is filled, why-why analysis is done for all in-house major rejection.

Ensure whatever actions decided ih house SCAP/ CAPA, are completed well in time.

Check competency of all dept. HOD and identify training needs if any.

Verify & monitor monthly in-house PPM, Customer PPM, and Supplier PPM.

Initiate/ guide/ focus for POKAYOKE/ mistake proofing & operation standardization.

Verify process audit & product audit, Dock Audits, Supplier Audits plans & their audit findings. Focus on negative observations & area for improvement.

Verify minimum stock of FG & follow up with PPC for maintaining 100% MSL level to avoid customer line stoppage.

Focus on machine utilization/ OEE /SPM & shop floor house keeping score etc.

Verify stock level of Finish Goods, RM, WIP, and Semi Finish after getting from PPC end of the every month.

Monitor & Control cost of Quality & cost of poor Quality.

Ensure FIFO system in R.M. & stores area, 

Reconciliation of R.M./ B/o &consumables

Analysis of Labour cost & over time.

Close watch on slow moving & Non moving materials & try to minimize the same.
