Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Manual Jewellery Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in manual jewellery design techniques and knowledge of various materials used in jewellery making.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail.
• Excellent knowledge of jewellery design principles and trends.
• Ability to create innovative and unique designs that meet client expectations.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery production processes.
• Familiarity with procreate software is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create unique and high-quality jewellery designs using traditional manual techniques.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand client requirements and translate them into jewellery designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into the designs.
• Ensure that the designs meet quality standards and are feasible for production.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth execution of the designs.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team during the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials used, and production details.
• Troubleshoot design and production issues and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Present design ideas and concepts to clients and obtain their feedback for revisions.
