We are urgently looking Business Development Manager for reputed staffing industry at Noida


Experience Required: Min 3 Yrs in staffing industry


Note : Only Delhi's candidates will considered


Responsibilities:


- Identify potential clients in the target market.

- Bringing new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing

relevant solutions.

- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.

- Familiarizing yourself with all Products and Services offered by our company.

- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing

department.

- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
