Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team and lead the development of our SaaS platform. As the UX Designer at Neuropixel.ai, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform, driving innovation, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviours, needs, and preferences.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, and other UX deliverables to inform the design process.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our SaaS platform.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesion throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX design.
• Prior experience working on SaaS products is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of technology.
