Job Requirements:

Experience:

• Proven experience in managing and delivering cybersecurity transformation projects.
• Strong background in cybersecurity strategy and implementation.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Ability to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex cybersecurity projects.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in security technologies and tools.
• Experience with cloud security, network security, and data protection.

Project Management:

• Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and budgets.

Change Management:

• Experience in change management and driving organizational change.
• Ability to communicate the importance of cybersecurity transformation across all levels of the organization.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Certifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, or similar.
