We are seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Siebel, Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), and Unified Inventory Management (UIM) within the Telecom BSS domain. Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Siebel, BRM, and UIM.
• Design and document technical and functional solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
• Oversee the implementation of Siebel, BRM, and UIM solutions, ensuring best practices and adherence to project timelines.
• Develop and customize Siebel applications, BRM configurations, and UIM settings to meet specific business requirements.
• Facilitate integration between Siebel, BRM, UIM, and other telecom systems, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
• Plan and execute functional and technical testing, coordinating with QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new systems. 

Job Specifications

• Overall, 8 yrs of experience .
• 5+ years of experience in a techno-functional role, with a strong focus on Siebel, BRM, and UIM in the telecom sector.
• BSS/OSS background
• RODOD
• Defining software enterprise architecture 
• Proficiency in Siebel configuration and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle BRM and its billing processes.
• Familiarity with UIM and inventory management practices.
• Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., APIs, middleware).
• Understanding of Telecom BSS processes and best practices.
• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
