Currently we are hiring Technical Delivery Specialist with strong experience in Cyber Security domain. Candidates from Telecom industry will be preferred.

Position Overview: The Technical Delivery Specialist - Cyber Security will be responsible for the successful deployment and integration of cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of security technologies and best practices, as well as the ability to manage complex projects and interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Leadership:

• Lead the technical delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

1. Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their security needs and requirements.
• Provide expert advice on the selection and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.

1. Solution Implementation:

• Deploy and configure cybersecurity tools and technologies to meet client specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of security solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness of security measures.

1. Technical Support:

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting during and after project implementation.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients on the use of implemented solutions.

1. Security Assessments:

• Perform security assessments and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures.
• Identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

1. Documentation:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in cybersecurity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's cybersecurity methodologies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in delivering and managing cybersecurity projects.
• Strong background in implementing and supporting cybersecurity technologies.
• Experience working with clients to deliver customized security solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and incident response.
• Proficiency in security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and vulnerability management systems.
• Familiarity with cloud security solutions and best practices.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
