Job Overview: The Senior Specialist Change Management will be responsible for overseeing and implementing change management processes in the cybersecurity domain. Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Leadership:
- Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies for cybersecurity projects.
- Ensure changes are aligned with organizational goals and security standards.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessments for proposed changes.
- Identify potential impacts on security and system performance.
Process Development:
- Develop and maintain change management processes and procedures.
- Ensure processes comply with industry standards and best practices.
Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to facilitate smooth change implementations.
- Communicate change impacts, timelines, and requirements to stakeholders.
Change Documentation:

Qualifications:
- Education:
