Certifications Requirements Mandatory

1) CSA+ CAD 

2) CSA 

3) ITOM (Discovery & Event Management) + CSA

4) ITAM- (SAM+ HAM) + CSA

5) ITSM- Integration + CSA

Desired requirements:

▪Candidate should have 6+ years IT/Software Industrial exposure with extensive ServiceNow development experience 

▪5+ years SNOW development knowledge with various modules (any two or three modules among ITSM, ITOM, CSM, PORTAL, HRSD, CMDB, Integration etc.)

▪Strong development knowledge in JavaScript, AJAX (Java script + XML), Web Methods (REST, SOAP) 

▪Knowledge in AJAX (Java script + XML), Web Methods (REST, SOAP) 

▪Good to have ServiceNow portal, workflows, business rules, scripting (both JavaScript and Angular JS)

▪Integration experience with other third-party tools are must. 

▪Design, coding, deployment, Administration, and migration knowledge.

▪Knowledge of ITIL processes, Agile framework.

▪Certification in SNOW tool is must: CSA & CAD. 

▪Should have experience in customer facing projects, team player and problem solver. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

▪ServiceNow development, implementation, fixing of production defects.

▪Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery Process of DevOps.

▪Operational activities of deploying code and monitory integrations
