Job Description 

Looking for an experienced Senior Arabic Data Strategy Consultant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in Information Technology (IT), extensive consulting experience, and a strong understanding of taxation. This position requires a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive data strategies. The candidate must be based in Riyadh, fluent in Arabic, and have a nationality of Lebanese, Egyptian, or Saudi. Proficiency in MS Office tools is also a key requirement.

Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of advanced data strategies, aligning them with clients' business objectives and industry regulations.

2. Consulting Expertise: Apply a minimum of 4 years of consulting experience to provide high-level guidance and strategic insights to clients, ensuring effective solutions for their data challenges.

3. Taxation Knowledge: Utilize expertise in taxation to integrate tax considerations into data strategies and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on data and taxation matters.

5. Data Governance and Compliance: Implement and enhance data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

6. Data Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures, considering taxation implications and optimizing data for business value.

7. Change Management: Guide clients through organizational changes associated with data strategy implementations, fostering smooth transitions and user adoption.

8. Project Leadership: Lead data strategy projects, ensuring timely delivery, meeting client expectations, and managing project teams effectively.

9. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in taxation regulations, integrating new knowledge into client solutions.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 4-6 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on data strategy.

3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting role.

4. Expertise in taxation with a focus on integrating tax considerations into data strategies.

5. Fluent in Arabic.

6. Strong communication and presentation skills.

7. Proven track record of successful data strategy implementations.

8. Good hands-on experience with MS Office tools.

9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

10. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with Lebanese, Egyptian, or Saudi nationality
