Job Overview: The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, planning, and executing cybersecurity projects. This position involves working closely with stakeholders to identify security needs, develop solutions, and ensure effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document cybersecurity requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to identify security gaps.

Solution Development:

• Analyze and evaluate cybersecurity solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and ensure alignment of project goals.

Risk Assessment:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
• Develop mitigation strategies and ensure risk management compliance.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze security data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

Project Management:

• Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and project outcomes.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Compliance and Auditing:

• Ensure projects comply with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards.
• Support audits and compliance checks as needed.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to staff on new cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Ensure users understand their roles in maintaining security.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the cybersecurity domain.
• Strong background in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Skills:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CISSP, or PMP are preferred.
