Job Overview: The Senior BSS Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and security of BSS systems. This role involves working closely with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure the integrity, availability, and security of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

BSS Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of BSS systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Manage system configurations, updates, and patches.

Security Implementation:

• Implement and enforce security measures to protect BSS systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits.

Incident Response:

• Respond to and resolve security incidents and system outages.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor BSS systems for performance, security, and compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure system availability.

Data Protection:

• Ensure data integrity and protection within BSS systems.
