Position Overview: The Solution Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.

1. Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project delivery.
• Understand client requirements and ensure solutions align with their needs.
• Provide regular updates and manage client expectations.

1. Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

1. Solution Implementation:

• Oversee the deployment and integration of cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Ensure solutions are configured correctly and meet client specifications.
• Conduct quality assurance and testing to validate implementations.

1. Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and final deliverables.
• Maintain detailed records of project activities and outcomes.
• Provide post-implementation support and review.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in managing cybersecurity projects and delivering complex solutions.
• Strong background in project management methodologies and tools.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Certifications:
• PMP, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
