Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual and automated testing techniques.
• Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required Experience

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Execution:
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality and performance.
• Perform regression, integration, and system testing.
• Defect Identification and Management:
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
• Work closely with development teams to reproduce and debug issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of defects and verify fixes.
• Quality Assurance Process:
• Review and analyze system specifications and functional requirements.
• Conduct reviews and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively to provide feedback on quality issues and testing results.
• Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and other documentation as required.

• Automation and Tools:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (if applicable).
• Utilize testing tools and technologies to improve efficiency and coverage.
