Job Description

• Within the telecom domain consulting division, Infosys is seeking a consulting professional who can interact effectively with Client executives to elicit, understand and translate Market requirement/product requirements into Product Model (logical) that can then be implemented in EPC. 

Required/Preferred

• Implementation experience in any industry leading COTS package for PLM encompassing EPC and CPQ.
• TMForum certification in Information Framework (at least Foundation Level/Level 1).
• Working experience in UML - Class Diagrams, is minimum.

Essential technical skills

• Experience of having worked on MS Visio/ MS PowerPoint/Draw.io/PlantUML in creating Class Diagrams.
• Experience of having worked on any COTS package – EPC and CPQ.
• Create supporting documentation and detailed design specifications.
• Appreciation of a typical BSS/OSS landscape.
• Appreciation of TMF Open API interface Specs and its associated concepts.

Desired domain skills

• Should have knowledge of product lifecycle management – encompassing EPC and CPQ for Telecom domain.
• Should have familiarity with TM Forum Information Framework Concepts and Principles including addendums for Product, Service and Resource Domain.
• Should have worked with Business stakeholders in understanding Product business case and Market requirement definitions/product requirement definitions.
• Should be able to create logical product models (in MS Visio/MS PowerPoint/Draw.io/PlantUML) with multiple options.
• Should have appreciation of Business Processes and Solution Designs and impact that they can have on Product Models. 
• Should be able to analyze and review solution/proposals from implementation teams and be able to provide appropriate perspectives to ensure compliance with logical models (aligned with stakeholders).
• Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders - Enterprise Architects, consuming System (BSS/OSS) to align, refine and adapt product models.
• Should have working understanding of in life impacts on account of changes to Product Models.
• Should be able to groom reporting consultants/ designers in basic consulting / product modelling skills  
• Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills. 
• He should have cross-cultural working experience and should be able to work with multinational clients independently
• Experience of working in multivendor environment.
• Working understanding of Agile methodologies – Scrum/SAFe is desirable.
• Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx (Business Process Framework, Information Framework), ITIL, IEEE, etc.
