Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Performance Manager to join our team. The Performance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve employee performance, productivity, and engagement across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management strategies and systems.
- Set performance standards and goals in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance against set objectives.
- Provide feedback, coaching, and training to employees to enhance performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and reviews.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
- Collaborate with HR to design and update performance management policies.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports for management review.
- Facilitate performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to performance management.
- Support leadership in succession planning and talent development.
- Organize and lead performance-related workshops and training sessions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in performance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of performance management systems and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR software and performance management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Certification in performance management or related fields is a plus.
