Job Description

Maximo techno-functional consultant must ensure the smooth operation and continual support of RAC's Maximo EAM Applications. The detailed items within this service include, but are not limited to:

• Daily Operations and Troubleshooting: Ensuring the seamless operation of the Maximo EAM applications, databases, integration services, and their relevant components. This includes the resolution of issues, bugs, and responding to requests as per RAC Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• System Administration and Maintenance: Overseeing application and system administration tasks across various components such as WebSphere, Maximo Integration Adapter, and databases. This encompasses logs and memory maintenance, cloning, backups, and data uploads/extractions.
• Software Updates and Patch Management: Monitoring, testing, and deploying relevant applications and software updates, including released patches.
• Performance Monitoring: Keeping tabs on system services and performance on a real-time and daily basis, optimizing as needed to maintain or enhance system efficiency.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Analyzing new business requirements, providing solution design, impact analysis, and delivery to meet evolving business needs.
• Training and Documentation: Maintaining up-to-date system documentation and conducting user awareness and training sessions to enhance the proficiency of end-users with the system.

The selected candidates will be required (but are not limited) to perform the following tasks:

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current Maximo system implementation, including configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Provide recommendations for optimizing the Maximo system to align with RAC's operational requirements and industry best practices.
• Document business requirements, either CR or projects.
• Will be responsible for updating the process related documentation.
• Develop and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Maximo system as per RAC's specifications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo system issues, including bug fixes and performance optimizations and raise MAXIMO tickets if required (Level 1,2,3 support).
• Conduct user training sessions to educate RAC staff on Maximo system usage, best practices, and new features.
• Document all system configurations, customizations, and procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.
• Collaborate with RAC's IT team and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and compatibility with other systems and applications.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support services for the Maximo system, including periodic updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Consultants are expected to support any work related to development.
• Monitor the system and report findings to business or IT management.
• Provide access and build roles.
• Full system administration.
• Will coordinate and collaborate with any additional resources required to complete requirements or resolve an issue.
