We are hiring Requirement Manager CDS, and they would be responsible for the end-to-end management of requirements for projects, including gathering, documenting, analyzing, and tracing requirements throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define and manage project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating effective communication between technical teams and business units. RODOD, BRM, Siebel, OSB experience needed.

Required Exp
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in requirement management and business analysis, with a track record of successfully managing requirements for complex projects.
Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis.
Proficiency in creating and managing use cases, user stories, and requirement traceability matrices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to challenge and prioritize stakeholder demands effectively.
Experience with requirement management tools and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of industry best practices for requirement management and business analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Requirement Gathering:
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and project objectives.
- Utilize various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys to collect detailed and actionable requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed requirement documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications.
Requirement Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze and validate requirements to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with business goals.
- Document requirements in a structured manner, ensuring they are accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirement Tracing:
- Develop and maintain requirement traceability matrices to track requirements from initial documentation through to implementation and testing.
- Ensure that all requirements are addressed and fulfilled throughout the project lifecycle, from development to deployment.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and challenge requirements, ensuring all needs are accurately represented and prioritized.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops to reconcile conflicting requirements and achieve consensus.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
Demand Management:
Challenge and prioritize stakeholder demands to align with project scope and strategic objectives.
