Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems and drive business value. This role requires a strong foundation in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms.
2. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
3. Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
4. Train, test, and validate machine learning models.
5. Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
6. Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models.
7. Continuously improve models by incorporating feedback and new data.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
9. Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning processes and models.
10. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
11. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related role.
3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
4. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
5. Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
6. Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
9. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
10. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
11. Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
