We re looking for ITSM (Change Management) Technical Lead/Architect with 10+yrs of experience and 8+ years’ experience in the ITSM module within ServiceNow. Mandatory skills set SNOW- ITOM, CMDB.

Job Description
- Provide overall technical guidance and leadership.
- Development Oversight: Lead and guide the development team in implementing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and efficient use of ServiceNow features.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide insights into technical feasibility and potential challenges.
- Accountable for overall architecture.
- Identifies and drives resolution of technical issues affecting project execution.
- Document the detailed technical design.
- Support the product lead in ensuring consistency between process design and ServiceNow requirements.
- Verify the technical details of the stories then approved these stories accordingly.
Shift Time - 11 AM to 8PM (Based on the client meeting can extend their timings till 10PM occasionally)
