Looking for a ITIL Engineer with a focus on cybersecurity to manage and optimize IT service management processes. Responsibilities include implementing ITIL best practices, ensuring compliance with security standards, managing incident and problem resolution, and driving continuous improvement in cybersecurity measures. The role requires collaboration with security teams to enhance threat detection and response. Strong ITIL knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in cybersecurity are essential. ITIL certification and familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) are preferred.
