Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integration strategies for Rodod and other BSS applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across platforms.
• Configure and customize BSS and BRM systems to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide expert-level support in diagnosing and resolving integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, system configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Establish and promote best practices for integration processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, implementing enhancements and optimizations as needed.
• Train and mentor team members on integration tools and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Job Specification

• Minimum of [8] years of experience in system integration, specifically with Rodod, BSS, and BRM systems.
• Proven track record of successful integration projects in a telecommunications or similar industry.
• Proficiency in integration tools and technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL processes, middleware).
• Strong understanding of database management and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud integration platforms and services is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
