Job Description

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End (E2E) Architect with a strong background in Business Support Systems (BSS), Revenue and Operations Data on Demand (RODOD), and Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing integrated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience. This role requires a deep understanding of telecommunications and IT architecture, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in architecture roles with a focus on BSS, RODOD, and BRM.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing E2E solutions in a telecommunications or IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of BSS components (e.g., order management, customer management, product catalog).
• Experience with RODOD systems and frameworks.
• Familiarity with BRM systems and billing processes.
• Proficiency in system integration techniques and API management.
• Understanding of cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to lead projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain E2E architecture frameworks that integrate BSS, RODOD, and BRM systems to streamline business processes and ensure seamless data flow.
• Lead the design and implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth integration of various platforms and applications within the architecture.
• Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, present architectural designs, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, integration points, and processes.
• Ensure all architectural solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams in BSS, RODOD, and BRM best practices.
