Job Description 

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management within the telecom OSS/BSS domain. Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects is preferred. Delivery Manager in Telecom OSS/BSS is responsible for ensuring the timely, within-budget, and quality delivery of OSS/BSS projects. This role involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring adherence to project methodologies, and driving successful implementation and support of telecom systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Information Technology, preferably in Computer Science, or a related field. 

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of OSS/BSS projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
• Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with delivery milestones and client expectations.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the project team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate regular updates and reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including development, QA, and support, to ensure successful project delivery.

Resource Management:

• Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet project requirements.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by adhering to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
• Oversee testing and validation processes to confirm that solutions meet client specifications and industry standards.

Required Experience

• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS systems and processes.
