Job Purpose

This position is responsible for Undertakes a range of reviews, analysis, reporting, governance, align with ASPR guidelines and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of Control Centre Operations and reporting for Cyber Security, in line with established policies, procedures and standards to support. The position responsibilities will also include collecting and consolidating different cyber security mitigation related to control system and implementing new business development by performing various duties in support of the relevant projects.

Job Description:

• Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual control center security problems

• Ensure the SCADA System/Network is secure.

• Maintaining SCADA Security Infrastructures right from Control Center to the field IED equipment/Devices from Cyber Security Threats

• Ensures Security control measures are in place, functional and adequate as per the regulation

• Troubleshooting FW/servers/HW and SCADA/DMS network security related issues

• Monitoring Intrusion detections and prevention system & events

• Updates and implement the Cyber Security policies and procedure.

• Review and Implement the SCADA Cyber Security Management System.

• Develops/updates Business continuity and disaster recovery plans

• Reports to and sends regular SCADA/DMS security information report with recommendations on the SCADA Cyber security improvement requirements

• Manage the DCC users privilege and accounts

• Maintain and manage the physical security of DCC Assets and Firewalls

• Manage Cyber Security Awareness Program and procedure/policy training

• Ensure safety rules and procedures are complied.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

• Perform a periodic risk assessment and internal Audit for the SCADA System/Network and follow the implementation of the treatments

• Update the SCADA Network Architecture.

• Maintain the OT Cyber Security Incident Statistics and details.

• Send the Annual AER Cyber Security Report.

• Provide AM team with the required reports.

• Complying with License Conditions & Cyber Security Implementation plan

• Comply with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Department Head 

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices within the department. 

• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures

• Adherence to Code of Conduct, Ethics and Conflict of Interest 

• Understand the HSE standards of the company and adhere to them at all times.

• Regularly report to line manager on work completed and cooperate with team members to achieve departmental goals while reflecting company values.

Job Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in cyber security 

2. Professional Experience

• 5+ years in Cyber Security related field.
