Job Overview: The Business & Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and provide insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use statistical methods and tools to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.

Business Analysis:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Reporting:

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses.

Project Support:

• Support project teams by providing data-driven insights and analysis.
• Assist in the implementation of data analytics solutions and tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest data analytics trends and technologies.
• Continuously seek ways to improve data analysis processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or business analysis are a plus.
