Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to BSS and BRM systems.
• Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization in revenue operations and delivery.
• Work with technical teams to design and propose effective solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
• Analyze data related to customer billing, revenue, and operational metrics to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and outcomes.
• Develop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet specified requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems and processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required Experience

• 8 years of experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry, with a focus on BSS and BRM systems.
• Experience working with Telecom BSS/OSS.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of telecom operations, billing processes, and revenue management.
• Experience with RODOD principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
