Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Back End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
2. Create and manage databases and ensure data integrity.
3. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
4. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
5. Develop and maintain APIs for front-end integration.
6. Implement security and data protection measures.
7. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
8. Troubleshoot and debug applications.
9. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders.
10. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
11. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
12. Create and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in back-end development.
3. Strong proficiency in server-side languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, PHP, or Node.js.
4. Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
5. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
6. Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
7. Strong understanding of security and data protection principles.
8. Proficiency with version control systems, preferably Git.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
11. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is desirable.
12. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
