Currently we are looking for Consultants with expertise in Enterprise GRC team to join our international network of GRC Technology professionals helping our business units transform risk functions and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance. Candidates will have solid working knowledge of the Cross-compliance module lifecycle, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools, common business use cases, Audit Board solutions; and experience leveraging this knowledge to benefit the customer's Compliance requirements.

Job Title: Audit Board Implementation

Contract term – 3 months.

Onboarding – Immediate

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AuditBoard products using client's Common control framework & Risk Methodology

• Refine implementation methodology and bring best practices to provide consistent, quality services as appropriate.

• Ensure completion of implementation tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, configurations, quality assurance, and project reviews.

• Guide business units and prospects in their evaluation of AuditBoard, providing information and demonstrations to help them assess fit for their business requirements.

• Identify adjacent services throughout the implementation process.

• Training trust office team implementers on AuditBoard implementations

• Train end users on AuditBoard functionality

• Ability to work as a team member to contribute to various phases of projects.

• Ability to work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, updating team members on progress, and mentoring the team.

• Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team.

• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects.

• Understand, analyze the requirements, allocate tasks and update status reports.

• Prepare project documentation and procedures.

• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of AuditBoard implementation and experience in GRC Domain.

• Should have completed at least 2 end to end implementations for AuditBoard.

• Hands-on experience in customizing solutions, configuring access, Dashboards, reports, data import/export, workflows, Alteryx integration etc.

• Experience in integrating AuditBoard with 3rd Party applications.

• Should have knowledge about AuditBoard OOB Solutions

• Experience of GRC domain including Information Security and Risk Management.

• Experience of designing customized solutions in AuditBoard to meet specific client requirements.

• Experience in process definition, workflow design, and process mapping

• Good understanding of technology platforms and risk management practices

• Understanding of IT risks and controls and proven decision-making and analytical skills

Basic Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Comp. Science)/MBA with a minimum of 10 years of experience

• Demonstrated track record with a blue-chip consulting organization and/or a blue-chip organization.

• Experience of Risk Management engagements

• Knowledge of new technologies like Automation (for e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) / Analytics technologies (for e.g. Tableu, PowerBI, Python, R) etc. will be an added advantage.

• Exposure or working knowledge to other eGRC tools like Archer, MetricStream, Service Now GRC, IBM OpenPages
