Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable 3GPP - Charging Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of 3GPP standards and charging systems, playing a critical role in the design, implementation, and optimization of charging solutions for telecommunications networks. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement charging solutions in compliance with 3GPP standards.
2. Provide expert guidance on charging architectures and strategies.
3. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and deploy charging systems.
4. Analyze and optimize charging workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to charging systems.
6. Conduct performance assessments and recommend improvements.
7. Develop and maintain documentation for charging solutions and processes.
8. Stay current with the latest 3GPP standards and industry trends.
9. Participate in technical discussions and reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
10. Train and mentor team members on 3GPP charging standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in telecommunications, specifically with 3GPP charging systems.
3. In-depth knowledge of 3GPP standards and protocols (e.g., Diameter, GTP, CAMEL).
4. Strong understanding of online and offline charging systems (OCS, OFCS).
5. Experience with charging system implementation and integration.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Familiarity with telecom network architecture and operations.
10. Certification in relevant technologies or standards is a plus.
