Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team at NETNXT Network. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships with customers. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and is a full-time role. Join us and be a part of our dynamic and expanding team!


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience in cross-selling and lead generation is a plus
  • Business development skills are highly desirable


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of services
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to the management team
