Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Web Developer to join our team at Netmore Technology. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, from layout to function, according to clients' specifications. This is a full-time position based in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience as a fresher.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, PHP, HTML, Ruby, or Python
• Experience with web content management systems
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with user interface design principles
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, code, and modify websites according to clients' requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements
• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end functionality of websites
• Improve the usability and overall user experience of websites
• Perform regular updates and maintenance on existing websites
• Test websites for cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
