About the Job
Skills
1. Answering the telephone, dealing with client’s query and document or information collection/chasing.
2. Processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls and HMRC submissions using either cloud/desktop-based software.
3. Pension administration and submitting pension information to pension providers.
4. Processing and submission of monthly CIS returns.
5. Informing clients about their tax liabilities and setting up DDs with HMRC.
6. Processing and submitting Confirmation Statements and updating client information to Companies House (CH).
7. Company incorporation/PAYE and VAT registration and any other registrations required with CH and HMRC.
8. Preparation of construction client’s sales invoices, maintaining debtor ledger and debt collection.
9. Providing reference letters, SA302s and other administrative tasks.
10. Add/maintain – Client and Customers, MLR compliance, Engagement letters etc on CAAPS.
11. Accurately record the time spent on a client using CAAPS.
12. Invoicing, payment collections and debt chasing.
