Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
